What is your processing time?

Our current production time is 1-5 business days. Production times are subject to change with high order volume. You can find our current production time at the top of our website in the announcement banner, product listed and the checkout order confirmation page. Please note that production does not include shipping time.

How long is Shipping and Delivery?

-U.S orders are shipped free through USPS First Class Mail. Faster shipping times are available at checkout through USPS priority mail and UPS. Please refer to the checkout page for more details.

Delivery times varies from 2-7 business days depending on shipping option chosen and carrier travel time

When will my order ship out?

Your order has a standard processing time needed to get your pieces ready to ship. Please refer to your Order Confirmation email for your estimated processing time. You will receive a tracking number through email/text when your order has shipped.

Do you ship to PO boxes, APO, or FPO addresses? 

Yes! Enter your PO Box, APO or FPO address in the shipping line when placing the order. 

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept most major credit cards, including Visa, Discover, MasterCard, and American Express. We also accept PayPal, Apple Pay Sezzle and After Pay. All prices are in USD.

Can I change or cancel my order

If you need to change or cancel and order, please contact us immediately (within 12-24 hours) via email (support@kaneavery.com). Due to our fast shipping times, we cannot guarantee any changes to your order once it has been placed.

Do you charge sales tax?

Kane Avery is required by law to charge applicable sales tax for orders shipped to the state of Louisiana, where Kane Avery operates.
