Shipping & Delivery


Thank you for shopping with Kane Avery Collection, LLC. All orders will receive a tracking number via email or phone number (check spam or junk mail just in case).

Business hours are Monday-Friday, 9 am to 5 pm CST.

 

Please allow up to 5 business days (Mon-Fri) for order processing. Orders generally arrive within 2-5 business days after they have been scanned by the shipping facility but can take longer.

We also have additional shipping options though USPS priority mail and UPS. A tracking number will be sent to the form of contact provided when your order ships. We ship Monday-Friday, excluding holidays

KANE AVERY COLLECTION is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages. The customer must provide correct information prior to shipment. The customer is responsible for packages upon delivery. Once your package is accepted by USPS or UPS, KANE AVERY COLLECTION is no longer responsible for the package.

All claims must be filed directly to the shipping network that the customer has chosen. They will be able to further assistant in any issues that have happened during transit. Our customer service agents only have as much information as can be seen by you through your tracking number.

If your usps tracking information states that your package was delivered to your address and you have not received it, you must contact the United States Postal Service directly at 1-800-ASK-USPS® (1-800-275-8777). Any lost, stolen, or damaged packages must be reported as a claim to USPS.

If your UPS tracking states that your package was delivered to your address and you have not received it, you must contact UPS customer service directly at 1 (800) 742-5877.
